The user does not need to clean the posting first.
Company information, benefits, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, and repeated sections can all be pasted together.
The Interview Builder extracts what matters:
- role
- likely level
- responsibilities
- required skills
- preferred skills
- leadership expectations
- domain knowledge
- likely competencies
Those signals are then combined with broader expectations for the profession.
This matters because job descriptions are incomplete.
A Senior Product Designer posting may never explicitly say:
“Be prepared to talk about a failure.”
That does not mean failure or accountability should never be tested.
The job description adds specificity.
It should not become the entire interview.
