Privacy Policy

Mokchi is a small, early-stage project. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Waitlist and newsletter signups. Your email address, and any name or note you choose to share.
• Feedback. Anything you write in the feedback form.
• Practice sessions. Interview answers you type or record are processed to generate questions, feedback, and debriefs. Session history is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
• Cookies. A single cookie that keeps you signed in to the practice app. No advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To follow up about Mokchi early access and, if you opted in, new posts.
• To run practice interviews. Your answers are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate interviewer responses and evaluations.
• To improve the product based on your feedback.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information, ever.
• We don't run third-party ads or trackers.
• We don't use your practice answers to train models.

Data retention and deletion

We keep signup and feedback records for as long as we need them to operate the project. If you'd like your information removed, emailhello@mokchi.com and we'll delete it.
